1. Prices :
All the Prices ,Unless Indicated are in INR.
2. Same Day Orders :
For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 4pm on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day..
We will try our best to honour the clients request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in timing of delivery.
Delivery timings promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, unfounded recipients etc and the order might be considered delivered for such cases and no refund will be made.
3. Change in Address:
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations:
Pick Smiles is unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered.
Changes in the order can be entertained only 24 working hours prior to the date of delivery in the Domestic Express deliveries unless confirmed by our Customer Service team on email. For courier orders, its 4 working days.
Change requests will be entertained for any international order only 48 working hours prior to the delivery date unless confirmed by our Customer Service team on email.
We are unable to cancel any order unless informed 24 hours (domestic hand delivery) / 48 hours (international) prior to the delivery date.
Partial Delivery : Partial delivery of order must be reported maximum by next day of delivery.
5. Delivery Product:
The delivery products would be similar to the ones shown on the site but cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the products shown on the site
6. Product Arrangements:
The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints. Although the quantity of product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of non availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Change of color of flowers due to non availability shall also considered under this condition.
7. Damaged deliveries:
We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.
8. Rules for delivery:
a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to any one else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available. If recipient doesnot accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.
b) If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) and recipient phone is wrong or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
9. Rules for unfounded recipient:
In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.
10. All courier items will be shipped using BlueDart or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 9am - 7pm and may take 3-5 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.
11. Credit Card Concern : In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. BUG will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.
