Cancellation And Refund Policy

1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 48hr delivery window starts.

2. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to support@picksmiles.com containing Order Number,Cancellation Reason and Account details to which refund had to be done.Request of cancellation will be initiated after formal order cancellation request.

3. Refund shall be made under following conditions:

a. Order was cancelled.
b. Order was not delivered to the recipient.( This does not include the case receiver not at the address or house locked)
c. If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

4. If the vendors delivers the partial product we will refund the partial amount or deliver the remaining partial order to the customer.

5. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.

6. In case of Cancellation, 5% charge will be applicable.

7. Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.

8. Pick Smiles may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

9. Refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.

Types of Refund:

Online Refund – Refund is credited directly through the mode from which customer has paid the money within 2-3 working days.

Offline Refund – Refund is credited once customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7working days

Return Policy

1.      If the customer is not at home or the given address you can either collect the order from outlet or have to pay delivery charges.

2.      We will re-deliver the product same day if receiver not at home or given address we are not liable to deliver the product next day or any other day as the product is of perishable in nature.

3.      Re-delivery of the product can cause the decrease in the quality of the product as the product is perishable and we are not liable to refund for the same.
